2. Account Registration & Security

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Bonus funds cannot be used to fund withdrawals directly. Only real-money balances (funds deposited and not derived from bonus credits) may be withdrawn without meeting a wagering requirement.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including multi-account bonus claiming, depositing and withdrawing without genuine play, or using low-risk betting strategies (e.g. betting on both outcomes of a game to meet wagering requirements) — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the games specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal, as stated in the individual offer.

5. Gameplay & Fair Use

• Live casino game decisions made by the dealer are final once the round closes. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the game round concluding.
• Players are permitted to play only for their own account. Playing on behalf of another person, accepting funds from a third party to place bets, or acting as an agent for another player is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on abk48. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

• Attempting to deposit, wager or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, theft or any other criminal offence.

abk48 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, abk48 may act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and other players. 7. Account Suspension & Closure

abk48 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, is engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. In the event of a suspension for investigation, abk48 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and notify the player of the outcome.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all applicable terms have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. abk48 will retain records of closed accounts as required for compliance purposes.
